Hello, and greetings! So, language accuracy refers to the right way of using the language system, this includes the usage of pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary. Language inaccuracy on the other hand, refers to the opposite of it, which is the incorrect way or the fault in the usage of the language. It is of the most significant part of language that it is to deliver a message from one person to another in a manner that it can be understood precisely and if possible concisely. Therefore, it must be done in the most effective way of communication so as to avoid miscommunication between the parties involved. Miscommunication is rampant – the listener or reader fails to comprehend the message conveyed. In this age of ever-growing and fast-paced growth of technology, communication mainly takes place in new media platforms as they are a widely spread and an easily accessible platform for people from all around the world. For instance, in new media platforms such as twitter which enforces a limit to characters written in a single post, this would further encourage the formations of new abbreviations and jargons, in which sometimes can be a bit intricate and challenging to be understood by those who are not in the circle. Without a doubt, this contributes to the formation of new slangs and words at a very fast pace. Therefore, this ultimately can cause misinterpretations by those who can’t keep up with the latest and newest updates of so call new media vocabularies and current issues that the words revolve around, which ultimately causes miscommunication. To recapitulate the aforementioned issues, the right usage of language is a very important aspect of communication as this is to avoid any misinterpretation of information that may lead to a foray of unwanted results.
